About Us

Madeit! Foundation is a nonprofit agency providing professional development to individuals looking to improve their financial and wellness goals in the Greater Baltimore area. The program has partnerships with local libraries, unemployment centers, professional associations, colleges, businesses, and the juvenile court system.

Madeit! Foundation's goal is to foster a commitment to grow the skills of low income or emerging employees by providing employment skills: Relationship Building, Soft Skills, Mentoring, Customer Service Training, Networking, Certifications, Career seminars, Business Development, Professional Development and Wellness. Through improved skills individuals can find sustainable employment and commitment to follow through on a path to adulthood with a sense of pride and accomplishment.

Through repeat failures in finding successful employment underserved communities are more at-risk. This community has lost faith in the possibilities that await them. To accomplish progression we must be willing to get the skills to learn, but the resources in most communities are not there.

Madeit! Foundation also offers a positive support system to avoid the pitfalls that can derail goals. The focus is slightly different at each level but the goal remains the same; giving people the skills to succeed. Madeit! Foundation will focus primarily on underserved young adults and low-income individuals.

Over time, Madeit! Foundation will create a learning environment that will be an invaluable resource to the community at large.
